Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges depend on the customer's location and choice of shipping. Estimates of shipping charges will be quoted once the customer has given us their address and their shipping preference.

Ryan's Unlock Shop prefers to use Canada Post as shipping carrier due to their efficiency.

The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the item has been shipped.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged item when the customer chooses to use courier service that does not offer insurance or tracking number. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the service courier if package is missing or damaged.

Please note that it is beyond the control of Ryan's Unlock Shop to decide whether there are import tax (es) to the customer's country, therefore, it is the buyer's responsibility to inform of those and to pay the subsequent fees that might ensue.

We will not use any customer's courier service account for shipping.
